We hope that you will be pleased with the items you choose from Scrub Shop Inc. However, if you find you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of items in their original condition within thirty days of purchase with a valid receipt. Your item(s) may be returned for an exchange or refund. There will be a 15% restock fee for items needing refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.

AC Uniforms and More is a DBA of Scrub Shop Inc. The tool that is used to access the store was created under the AC Uniforms & More umbrella.
Back to FAQsWhat protects my distributing company from AC Uniforms and More from using my customers information to pursue accounts for themselves?
AC Uniforms and More created the distribution tool. When you access the distribution site all sales will run directly under your personal company name. Third party shipping will contain a blank packing slips. At no time is that information used for personal gain.
Scrub Shop Inc does have a feature that allow us to create your customer their personal account. We will collect the information that will be used so customer will gain the permissions to access. This is a great tool to work with larger facilities. At the point the facility website will be set up. Scrub Shop Inc, and AC Uniforms will sign a non-compete form that will protect your company from us pursing that account. Any contact to us in the limits of the non-compete form will be forward over to you.
Will Scrub Shop Inc help us color code our customers facility?
Yes! Color-coordinated uniforms instill confidence in patients, add a professional look, improve customer satisfaction scores, and easily identify your staff. This feature is great for End User Customers, we will work closely with you providing forms needed to simplify the process when working with your customers.
